Mobb Deep's ex-management group, Buck 50 Productions, is suing the group for $500,000, according to TMZ.
Buck 50 Productions say they managed the group for approximately seven years, from 2010 until June 2017, when Prodigy died from choking on an egg while in the hospital being treated for sickle cell anemia.
Over that period time, Buck 50 says their team booked touring, recording and endorsement deals, and also paid advances to Mobb Deep. They say they were never reimbursed, hence the half-million dollar lawsuit.
Back in July, Havoc performed for the first time without Prodigy, following his passing, making a surprise appearance at a New Jersey stop for the Art Rap Festival. Havoc just celebrated the 25th anniversary Mobb Deep's Juvenile Hell, paying tribute to Prodigy in the process.
As for the lawsuit, Havoc has not yet commented.
