Philadelphia 76ers guard Markelle Fultz has reportedly been identified with Neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome aka TOS, based on ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. 

As Woj notes, TOS is a bodily damage that impacts nerves between the neck and shoulder, leading to irregular purposeful motion and vary of movement. Therefore, severely limiting Fultz’s capacity to shoot a basketball.
